Jeff brings over 45 years of unique experience as an entrepreneur, successful executive and a masterful trainer and coach in the areas of personal transformation, leadership development, and change management. 

His life purpose is to empower individuals and organizations to manifest their unique contribution in the world. 

Jeff has designed and led high impact trainings for over 250,000 people throughout the world. He is recognized as the creator of the world-renowned personal transformational program, Mastery. 

Currently, Jeff is President of The Avalon Group which focuses on the development and creation of the next generation of trainers and coaches. In addition, he is Vice President of Trainer Development for the InVision Group based in Hong Kong and on the Advisory Board of the Asia Coaching and Mentoring Academy (ACMA).
